Project requests
We use the name, contact details, ZIP code, project requirements and contact preference you submit to review and respond to your request. Contact consent is required for that purpose. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Access and service providers
Project requests are private and available to authorized staff. The website uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database and staff authentication. When online requests are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies requests to reduce spam, and Resend processes staff notifications. These providers receive the information needed to provide their services. We do not display private project details in public pages.
Analytics and local storage
Analytics is disabled until configured and you opt in. Contact details, messages, individual ZIP codes and attachments must not be sent to analytics. Essential staff sign-in cookies support authentication. The planner keeps your answers in memory for the current page session; it does not save contact details in browser storage.
Questions and requests
Contact lvs@catechlowvoltage.com to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Any retention obligations and necessary operational records are reviewed when handling the request.
